Proven partner-level commercial litigation experience, including trial and motion practice.
Demonstrable business development skills and a portable practice or clear ability to originate work.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior litigators.
Active bar admission in Washington or eligibility to transfer.
Strong client relationship and matter‑management skills.
