Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. litigation practice. The role focuses on leading complex commercial litigation matters, handling all phases from strategy and motion practice through trial and appeals.

The group serves corporate clients across industries and works on high-stakes disputes. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, lead client engagements, and help grow the practice in the D.C. market.

• Admission to practice in Washington, D.C. (or eligible for admission)
• Significant experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including trial and appellate work
• Proven track record of client development and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and team leadership skills
