Leading German-based international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt compliance and finance team. The role will focus on regulatory and compliance advice for financial institutions and corporations, including cross-border regulatory matters.

The partner will lead and develop a portable practice, advise on complex regulatory frameworks and policy-driven enforcement issues, and work closely with banking and financial services clients on compliance projects. The team handles both advisory and transactional regulatory work.

Established partner with a proven track record in regulatory, compliance and finance matters
Experience advising banks/financial institutions and corporate clients on regulatory frameworks and enforcement risk
Ability to bring and develop a portable practice / book of business
Fluency in German and experience working in Frankfurt or Germany preferred
