Lateral Partner — Compliance & Government Contracts, Miami

Established partner-level hire to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice with a strong focus on government contracts and public-sector work. The role combines client advisory, regulatory counseling, and bid/procurement support across federal and state matters.

The incoming partner will join a multi-market practice advising corporate and public-sector clients on regulatory compliance, government contracting strategy, investigations, and preventative programs. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and a platform to expand regional and national engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts
• Track record of originating and servicing public-sector and commercial clients
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) with strong business development skills
