Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Healthcare & Media), Miami

Seeking a senior partner to build and lead a Compliance & Regulatory practice focused on healthcare and media/entertainment clients. The role emphasizes regulatory counseling, FDA-related matters, and advertising compliance across a range of commercial and regulatory issues.

The partner will advise existing and prospective clients, grow origination and referral channels, and collaborate with litigation and transactional teams on cross-practice matters. This is an opportunity to shape a visible practice in a major Florida market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven regulatory experience advising healthcare and media/advertising clients, including FDA-related matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management track record
• Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain admission
