Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Technology/Healthcare), New York

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its New York practice focused on compliance, regulatory counseling and technology-driven healthcare matters. The role will advise healthcare and technology clients on privacy, data protection, regulatory compliance, and commercial software/license issues.

The partner will split time between client advisory work, originating new business, and mentoring associates across related practice areas. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in a multi-disciplinary team advising healthcare and software/technology companies on complex regulatory and transactional issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record advising on privacy, data protection and healthcare regulatory matters
• Demonstrated business development and client origination skills in technology or healthcare sectors
• Bar admission in New York or ability to become admitted
