Leading regional practice is seeking a partner-level construction disputes specialist to build and lead contentious work across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on construction-related litigation and international arbitration arising from major regional projects.
We are looking for an experienced advocate who will originate and run mandates, advise clients on complex disputes, and mentor junior lawyers. The appointment will have significant cross-border responsibility across the Gulf jurisdictions.
- Proven partner-level experience in construction disputes and international arbitration
- Strong track record of originating and leading complex regional matters
- Deep sectoral expertise in construction and infrastructure (specialist, not generalist arbitrator)
- Ability to manage and develop a team across multiple Gulf jurisdictions
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
If the brief does not read like an exact match, it is still worth a conversation — these mandates flex around the right practice.
