Senior litigator sought to lead and grow a Construction & Real Estate litigation practice in the firm's Ontario office. The role combines courtroom advocacy with client-facing project management across construction disputes, real estate conflicts and related contract matters.

Ideal candidate will join an established practice platform, mentor junior lawyers and expand client relationships. The hiring team is open to candidates with a portable practice and who can contribute immediately to originating and defending complex construction and real estate matters.

Proven partner-level track record in construction and real estate litigation.
Admission to practice in the relevant Ontario jurisdiction(s) and standing in good professional order.
Experience managing trial litigation, supervising teams and mentoring associates.
Established client relationships or a portable book of business preferred; business development capability essential.
