Lateral Partner — Corporate, Finance & Energy (San Diego)

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice with a strong focus on energy transactions, including renewable project development and commercial oil & gas matters. The role involves originating and executing M&A, capital markets and complex transactional work for strategic and institutional clients.

The partner will collaborate across practices to develop integrated deal teams, mentor associates and expand regional client relationships. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice within a national firm platform while remaining based in San Diego.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in M&A, corporate/transactional work and capital markets
• Demonstrated experience advising on renewable energy and upstream/midstream commercial matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
