Leading international law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to join its Houston corporate and finance practices. The role focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as venture capital matters, acting as a client-facing lead on complex deals.

The appointed partner will originate and grow business, work closely with cross‑office teams in the United States, and supervise associates on transaction execution and client relationship management. The firm seeks a commercially minded lawyer with an established record handling high-value corporate and financing matters.
