Seeking a partner to lead and grow a transactional corporate and finance practice from the Raleigh office. The role will focus on M&A, technology-related transactions, and capital markets work, with a strong emphasis on energy-sector matters including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will advise sophisticated corporate and project sponsors across deal origination, structuring and execution, and will work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities for client development and practice-building.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction with partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and finance transactions
Demonstrated track record in energy sector work, including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial transactions
Experience with technology-related transactions and capital markets matters
Proven business development and client relationship skills; ability to grow a book of business and lead teams
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
