Lateral Partner — Corporate / Finance & Regulatory — Paris

Lead partner hire for a Paris office looking to grow a cross-practice team advising on corporate, finance, regulatory and international trade matters. The role combines transactional leadership (M&A, private equity, banking) with regulatory and arbitration work, and offers responsibility for originating and managing a mixed domestic and cross-border client portfolio.

The successful candidate will join an established practice and be expected to develop business, mentor senior associates, and work with other practice leads to expand integrated service offerings across compliance, government-related matters and dispute resolution.

• Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions, banking/finance and regulatory or international trade matters
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex cross-border mandates and managing partner-level relationships
• Strong commercial judgment and experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Admission to the French bar or equivalent European qualification preferred
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
