Lateral Partner — Corporate (Frankfurt)

Seeking a senior corporate partner to join and strengthen an established international corporate practice in Frankfurt. The role will focus on advising on corporate governance and high‑value corporate matters for German and cross‑border clients.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on client relationships, originate and win new work, and collaborate with a broader international platform to execute complex transactions and advisory mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in corporate and corporate governance matters at partner level
• Strong client development and relationship management skills
• Experience working on cross‑border transactions and leading deal teams
• Admitted or eligible to practise in Germany (or able to secure local admission)
