Partner opportunity with a leading international law firm’s Frankfurt office, joining a cross-border corporate and finance practice. The role focuses on high-value corporate and finance work with particular emphasis on private equity and venture capital transactions.

The team advises sophisticated international and domestic clients on transactional matters across Germany and Europe. The firm is seeking a senior lawyer who can lead deals, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice development.

Established partner with a track record in corporate and finance transactions, particularly private equity and venture capital.
Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border deals and to manage client relationships.
Portable practice or demonstrable business generation is preferred.
Experience working on transactions in Germany/Europe and collaborating with international teams.
