Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Nashville office to help grow corporate and intellectual property litigation capabilities. The role emphasizes leadership in M&A, corporate governance, emerging growth/startups, and patent litigation, with opportunities to collaborate across offices.

Priority will be given to partners with a portable practice and demonstrated client origination who can contribute to regional growth (particularly in the Southeast) while also supporting matters in other U.S. markets. The team welcomes experienced litigators and corporate practitioners, including those with ERISA and mass-torts experience.

Experienced partner with a portable book of business and a track record of client origination
Substantive experience in M&A, corporate governance, or emerging-growth transactions and/or patent litigation
Proven litigation experience for patent or complex commercial disputes where applicable
Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to business development and practice leadership
