Lateral Partner — Corporate M&A (Boise / Portland / Seattle / Dallas)

Established regional law firm with a multi-office presence in the western and southwestern U.S. is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The role offers a chance to lead complex domestic M&A transactions and to develop cross-office workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative corporate team advising private equity sponsors, strategic buyers and corporate clients across industries. There is significant opportunity to originate work, build client relationships and mentor associates within an experienced transactional platform.

• Established partner with significant M&A experience and a proven track record on domestic transactions
• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligible for admission)
• Demonstrated business development abilities; a portable practice or ability to bring client relationships is preferred
• Experience supervising associates and leading deal teams; strong negotiation and drafting skills
