Our client, a highly regarded U.S. law firm, is seeking a lateral Corporate M&A Partner with a portable book of business to join one of its Pacific Northwest offices (Boise, Portland, or Seattle) or its Dallas office. • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in corporate and M&A transactions
• Established client relationships and a track record of generating business
