Established partner with significant transactional and M&A experience.
Proven, portable client relationships and demonstrable track record of originating or leading deals.
Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction; eligibility or ability to practice in the UAE preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, leadership skills and ability to work across international teams.
