Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Emerging Growth), Los Angeles

Senior corporate partner hire for a major Los Angeles corporate practice focusing on M&A and emerging growth transactions. The role will lead and grow a transactional practice, advising corporate and PE-backed clients across complex buy‑ and sell‑side matters and growth financings.

The position is structured as a partner track role: you will join with a portable practice and initially on a non‑equity basis with a clear path to equity partnership. The team offers substantial support resources and cross‑office deal flow.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and emerging growth / startup matters
• Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable origination capability
• Track record of leading complex transactions and mentoring junior lawyers
• Licensed to practice and able to work in California (or eligible to obtain admission)
