Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Washington, D.C.

A leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. corporate practice. The role will focus on M&A and transactional work, with significant exposure to emerging growth and startup matters and cross-border corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, originate and grow a portable practice, and work collaboratively with teams across offices to execute complex deals. This is an opportunity to join a highly resourced international platform and expand a transactional practice in the U.S. market.

• Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Experience advising emerging growth companies and startup financings.
• Comfort working on cross‑border transactions and with multidisciplinary deal teams.
