Lateral Partner, Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Established corporate practice seeks a senior partner to lead and grow transactional work from the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance, and a broad range of transactional matters for corporate clients across industries.

Partner will be expected to develop business, supervise deal teams, and work cross‑practice with related groups on complex transactions. This is a rainmaker role with responsibility for originating and managing client relationships.
