The role centers on leading strategic M&A and other corporate transactions for clients in media, entertainment and related digital sectors.
The successful candidate will run complex deals, manage and develop a team of associates and counsel, and drive business development across the sector. This is a visible leadership role with broad client-facing responsibility and opportunity to shape practice strategy.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record handling M&A and other corporate transactions in media & entertainment or adjacent technology sectors
- Proven client origination and business development capability
- Experience managing teams and mentoring senior associates
- Bar admission and ability to practice in California
