An international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead its corporate practice in Paris. The role offers a genuine platform to build and grow a market-facing practice within a collaborative, cross-border environment.

The corporate group advises on a broad range of transactional and investment work, spanning mergers and acquisitions, private equity, funds, joint ventures, capital markets, structured finance and venture capital. The successful candidate will take a leading role in client development and in the strategic direction of the practice.

This is an opportunity for an established partner or a senior practitioner with a demonstrable following to step into a leadership position with strong internal and international referral networks.

Admitted to practice in France with strong corporate transactional experience
Proven ability to originate and lead client relationships
Track record in M&A, private equity, funds and related investment work
