Senior lateral partner opportunity in Calgary for an established corporate/securities practitioner to join a well‑regarded national firm. The role combines leadership of high‑value corporate and securities matters with hands‑on deal work and client development.

The hiring group is actively growing its financial services and real estate capabilities and has a strong interest in expanding its bankruptcy & insolvency offering. The successful candidate will mentor junior lawyers and help build cross‑practice business.

A portable practice is advantageous for corporate/commercial/securities work; candidates with strong client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow work will be prioritized. Admissions to the Alberta bar and significant partner experience required.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate, securities and M&A work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience mentoring and leading teams; strong people management skills
Background or interest in financial services, real estate and/or bankruptcy & insolvency
Member in good standing of the Alberta bar (or eligible for admission)
