Lateral Partner — Corporate, Technology & Intellectual Property (Seattle)

Leading international practice seeking a lateral partner to join a senior team in Seattle. The role focuses on cross-practice matters across corporate (M&A and capital markets), technology transactions, and IP-related work, with regular collaboration on complex, high-value matters.

The ideal candidate will help expand an active book of business, lead client engagements, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level role with significant client development and practice-building responsibilities across technology, life sciences, financial services and other industries.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Extensive deal experience in M&A (including PE), capital markets and technology transactions; IP litigation/transactions experience valued
• Proven client development record and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and prior partner-level experience
