Senior hire to lead and grow a cross-practice corporate and technology offering out of the Philadelphia office of a major international firm. The role focuses on corporate M&A (including private equity), capital markets (issuer-side), emerging-growth and technology transactions, and related IP work.

The partner will originate and manage complex transactions, lead deal teams, and collaborate with sector teams across offices (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy). This is an opportunity to build a practice with substantial institutional support and cross-border reach.

Established partner with deep experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions
Track record advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across national and international offices
Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
