Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join and help expand a busy Corporate practice in Los Angeles, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work for technology, life sciences and financial-services clients. The role will also work closely with the firm s intellectual property and technology teams on transactions and related disputes.

The position is practice-building: you will originate and lead deals and capital markets matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices on cross-border and industry-focused engagements. The team handles a mix of sponsor-driven PE, issuer-side capital markets and emerging-growth/venture matters.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner- or senior counsel-level experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions
Proven client origination record and strong relationships in technology, life sciences or financial services
Ability to lead teams, develop business and work collaboratively across practice groups
Active California bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
