Lateral Partner — Corporate & Technology Transactions, Raleigh

Seeking a senior partner to join a national corporate practice with an active focus on M&A, private equity, and capital markets work alongside technology and emerging-growth clients. The role will take a leading position on complex corporate transactions, cross-border matters, and technology-related deal work.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional practice that includes technology transactions, issuer-side capital markets experience, and/or PE-backed M&A. The team advises clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

• Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A, private equity or capital markets
• Demonstrable experience advising technology and emerging-growth companies, including technology transactions
• Strong client origination, relationship management and team leadership skills
• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
