Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Atlanta

Senior hire sought to join a national employment & labor team in the Atlanta office, with a strong focus on employee benefits and ESOP work. The role will lead client engagements, originate new business, and advise on a full range of benefits matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice handling ESOPs alongside other pension, health & welfare, and executive compensation matters, and will have the opportunity to build and manage a team and client portfolio.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on ESOPs and other employee benefit matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to practice in Georgia (or ability to become admitted)
