Senior hire sought to join a national employment & labor team in the Atlanta office, with a strong focus on employee benefits and ESOP work. The role will lead client engagements, originate new business, and advise on a full range of benefits matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice handling ESOPs alongside other pension, health & welfare, and executive compensation matters, and will have the opportunity to build and manage a team and client portfolio.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience advising on ESOPs and other employee benefit matters
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to practice in Georgia (or ability to become admitted)
