Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Atlanta office. The role will focus on advising employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including individual and collective labor issues, workplace investigations, and employment litigation.

The ideal candidate will build and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated business origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant experience in labor & employment law
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable book of business preferred
Track record of leading matters and mentoring teams
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
