Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office and help grow one or more of the firm's core practices: corporate, employment & labor, and intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation). The role emphasizes business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with regional teams across the U.S.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable client base and a track record of originating or leading matters, with flexibility to work on related matters such as ERISA, mass torts or cross-practice corporate work. The firm offers partner-level compensation arrangements (equity/case-by-case structures) and flexible billing approaches to suit practice needs.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in one or more target practices (corporate, employment & labor, IP litigation)
Proven origination and client-management skills with demonstrable revenue generation
Admissions and standing to practise in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
