Senior litigation partner role within a national employment and labor practice, based in Denver. The role focuses on defending and advising employers on a broad range of employment disputes and regulatory matters, and will lead client workstreams, manage litigation teams and develop business in the region.

The opportunity suits an experienced litigation partner seeking a platform to grow an existing client following while handling complex employment litigation and regulatory defense matters. The team advises across wage-and-hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, and related workplace issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment litigation; track record of originating and managing client matters
• Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills and experience supervising associates
• Ability to develop and expand client relationships in the Denver market
