Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established practice in Nashville focused on employment and labor matters for healthcare clients. The role will counsel hospitals, health systems and healthcare-related employers on a broad range of employment issues, including compliance, counseling, and litigation.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business with existing and new healthcare-sector clients, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partnership-track opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer with a demonstrated healthcare focus and business development capabilities.

Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in Tennessee.
Established track record in employment & labor law, ideally with healthcare-sector experience.
Proven client development experience and ability to generate or bring portable business.
Strong litigation and counseling skills, with experience managing matters and mentoring associates.
