Seeking a litigation-focused partner to lead and expand an employment and labor practice in the St. Louis office of a well-established U.S. law firm. The role is client-facing and hands-on: managing contested employment matters, overseeing litigation strategy, and handling trial preparation and courtroom work where needed.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising associates, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new work is welcome.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) and eligible for partnership.
Significant experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and motion practice.
Proven client-development skills and ability to manage or grow a book of business.
Experience supervising teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and managing case budgets and staffing.
