Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its St. Louis office to lead litigation and employment matters. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related litigation and construction disputes.

The partner will manage and develop a trial-focused practice, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regional and national matters. Significant client development and relationship management responsibilities are expected; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business generation track record are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, employment/labor law, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes.
Strong trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Ability to supervise and develop associates and contribute to firm business development.
Active bar membership in Missouri (or eligibility to transfer).
