Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Seattle

Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle employment and litigation practice. The role will focus on representing employers in complex workplace litigation, counseling on employment law matters, and leading client relationships across the Pacific Northwest.

The successful candidate will join a busy team handling litigation, arbitration, and preventative counseling work for corporate clients. This is an opportunity to grow a regional practice within a broad platform supported by national resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of handling employment litigation and counseling for employer-side clients
• Significant partner-level experience and demonstrable client development skills
• Active Washington bar admission (or eligibility) and willingness to work in the Seattle office
