Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation (Atlanta)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Atlanta office to lead energy and environmental litigation and regulatory matters. The role combines courtroom and regulatory advocacy with counseling of corporate and infrastructure clients across the energy sector.

The partner will manage and develop a team, handle high‑stakes disputes and regulatory proceedings, and work closely with transactional and compliance colleagues on cross‑practice matters. The position suits a candidate with an established litigation/regulatory practice and a record of client development in energy or infrastructure matters.

• Partner‑level experience in energy or environmental litigation and regulatory work
• Demonstrated trial or contested‑hearing experience and comfort in complex dispute resolution
• Proven client‑management skills and business development capability; a portable practice is welcome
• Admissions and ability to practice in Georgia (or willingness to obtain admission)
