Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation — Salt Lake City

Senior lawyer opportunity to lead and grow a practice focused on energy and environmental matters from the Salt Lake City office. The role combines transactional, regulatory and litigation work for clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The partner will handle regulatory counseling, complex permitting and compliance issues, and related commercial disputes, and will work closely with national teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. The position is suited to an established rainmaker seeking a visible leadership role in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law with a strong litigation and regulatory background
• Demonstrable track record advising on infrastructure or transactional matters in the energy sector
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
