Top-tier US law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its San Francisco office to lead and grow work in energy and environmental disputes. The role focuses on complex regulatory, enforcement and commercial litigation matters across the energy and environmental sectors.

The partner will handle high‑stakes disputes before state and federal tribunals and regulatory bodies, work closely with national practice teams, and play a key role in business development and client relationship management.

This is a leadership role suited to a partner with an established litigation practice and a record of originating or bringing portable work; strong client development skills are essential.

Admission to the California bar (or eligible for admission)
Established partner-level litigation background in energy and/or environmental matters
Track record handling regulatory, enforcement or complex commercial litigation (trial and appellate experience a plus)
Proven client development and rainmaking capability; experience building or sustaining a portable practice
Strong writing, client-facing and team leadership skills
