Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-regarded law firm’s Energy & Environmental practice in Providence. The role will focus on delivering regulatory, transactional and litigation support to clients across the energy and environmental sectors.

The office is open to candidates nationwide and is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice who can contribute client relationships and sector experience. The team handles permitting, compliance, enforcement defense, site remediation, and transactional matters for public- and private-sector clients.

Established partner with a proven track record in energy and/or environmental matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability; open to candidates nationwide.
Experience advising on permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and related transactional work.
Admissions or ability to obtain admission where required and strong communication and business development skills.
