Seeking a senior lateral partner to join a well-established energy and environmental practice in San Francisco. The role will advise on regulatory, transactional and infrastructure matters across the energy sector, with a mix of project development, permitting, compliance and commercial agreements.

The partner will lead matter teams, cultivate and expand client relationships, and work closely with colleagues across offices on cross-border energy and infrastructure mandates. This is an opportunity to shape the practice’s market position and drive business development in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure matters
Proven client origination and business development record
Admission to the California bar (or eligible) and ability to practice in the US
