Established partner with significant experience in energy and/or environmental work (project development, transactions, regulatory)
Demonstrable experience on renewables and private equity‑linked energy matters preferred
Proven ability to originate or bring a portable practice and lead or grow a team
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California
