Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Tax, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established energy, environmental and tax practice in New York. The role will advise on transactions and regulatory matters across renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure and maritime construction projects.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage complex cross-practice matters, and develop new client relationships. The position offers a platform to originate work, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and international colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in energy, environmental or tax work, with emphasis on renewables, oil & gas or infrastructure
• Track record of originating and closing complex transactions or regulatory matters and leading teams
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
