Senior lateral partner opportunity in the Bay Area to lead and grow an environmental litigation practice within a well-established law firm. The role focuses on complex environmental disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and energy-related litigation across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will join a team handling high-stakes enforcement, permitting and compliance disputes for corporate and institutional clients. This is a visible role with a client-development and practice-management focus, ideal for a partner with established relationships in the environmental and energy sectors.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement
• Proven client-development record in environmental or energy sectors
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong federal/state court experience
