Established finance team in Boston is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow banking and finance work. The role will focus on originating and managing credit, lending and other corporate finance matters for a range of commercial clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group advising borrowers and lenders on transactional matters and help develop client relationships and business development initiatives in the region.

• Proven partner-level banking and finance practice with demonstrable client origination skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and strong transaction execution experience
