Leading US law firm seeks a seasoned finance partner to join its Boston office. The role focuses on traditional lending and finance matters across commercial and syndicated transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of matters.

The team handles complex financing work for institutional and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will step into an active practice and help grow the regional finance platform while collaborating with national deal teams.

Established partner-level finance practice with demonstrated transactional experience (commercial lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, or similar).
Strong client relationships and ability to generate business; portable practice welcome.
Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive in; excellent drafting and deal-management skills.
Ability to work with national teams and support business development in the Boston market.
