The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role, support business development across banking, fund and investment structures, and mentor mid‑level lawyers. This is a partner-level opportunity with scope to shape the practice and grow a dedicated client base in the region.

Proven partner‑level track record in finance/banking and corporate transactions, with experience advising asset/investment managers
Established client relationships and demonstrable origination skills
Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; fluent English and German
