Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Hamburg corporate team focusing on M&A. The role will lead complex cross-border transactions, advising corporate clients across sectors and working closely with colleagues in other offices.

The team values candidates with a strong track record in private M&A, demonstrable client development ability, and experience managing deal execution from mandate to close. There is particular interest in candidates who can contribute to sector-focused workstreams.
