Lateral Partner, Restructuring — Hamburg

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a restructuring practice from the firm's Hamburg office. The role involves advising corporate creditors, debtors and stakeholders on complex insolvency, restructuring and turnaround matters, including cross-border assignments across Germany and other jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will build client relationships, originate new work and collaborate with domestic and international teams on high-profile restructurings and distressed M&A. This is a leadership role with partner track responsibilities for team development and business generation.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant track record in restructuring/insolvency work in Germany
• Established relationships with corporate and creditor clients and ability to originate mandates
• Fluency in German and English; admission to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification preferred
