Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate / Securities, Palo Alto

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a broad transactional practice covering finance, corporate and securities matters from the firm s Palo Alto office. The role will involve advising issuers, sponsors and investors on private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate work, manage complex deals and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build market-facing capabilities in a technology-focused market while collaborating with national and international colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level transactional experience in private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets
• Track record of originating and closing complex finance or securities deals
• Ability to lead client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
