The team handles a broad range of corporate lending matters; the successful candidate will take a front-line role on client relationships, originate new business, and mentor junior lawyers in the office.

Established partner-level finance/banking practice with demonstrable transactional experience
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice is welcome
Strong technical skills in loan documentation and deal execution; experience with domestic and cross-border financings preferred
Leadership and mentoring experience; ability to work collaboratively across offices
