Established partner with deep experience in banking and finance, especially private credit and lending transactions.
Track record of leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and providing commercial, practical advice.
Proven ability to originate and grow business; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcomed.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California preferred.
